I do not bill insurance for your care at this time. Our office can provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. We will discuss payment in the first session.

Typically, I meet with clients in-person. Meeting in-person helps with my therapy process as it heavily relies on body language. Teletherapy appointments are available on a case-by-case basis. Send me a request with the form below.

Mt. Hope's cancellation policy requires a 24-hour notice for cancellations to receive no charge. However, if there's an emergency or other circumstances within the 24-hour period, please let me know! Typically there is no charge for a missed appointment in emergency situations.

I work with individuals aged 8 and up. I also work with couples for premarital therapy and couples therapy. You and your partner do not have to be married for couples therapy.
